Refund & Return Policy

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS:

ZALASPICES offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 24 hrs of its delivery ONLY if the product you receive arrives in a damaged condition with parcel opening video.

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (hitendrasinhzala.ht@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an images and video of the damaged product & the order number for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact & in the state they were delivered. If any of the above is tampered, you are eligible to only partial refund against the item.

. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

If an eligible item is out of stock, it cannot be replaced; only a refund against the returned product will be issued.

If you paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund and will be reflected to the bank account/card/wallet in 4-10 working days.

Any action regarding the return, exchange and refund on the orders will be proceeded with only after receiving an unboxing video regarding the same order. In addition, if an unboxing video is not included with the complaint, no further action will be taken.
